Likely dating back to the days of the Roman Empire, Kufstein's position on the River Inn made it an important trade town through the Middle Ages. Its iconic fortress, perched on a 300-foot-tall cliff, dates back to the thirteenth century, with many additions and renovations over the years. This imposing fortification doesn't just provide fantastic views across the town, river, alps in the background - it's also a museum offering a look at medieval life (and the chance to check out secret tunnels and stark prison cells). If you're lucky enough to be visiting at noon or 6:00PM during July or August you'll be able to hear the castle's most famous feature, the outdoor pipe organ, being played. After the castle, it's well worth exploring the charming old town for its cobbled streets and medieval churches. Romerhofgasse is an attraction in itself, its vibrantly decorated buildings housing everything from souvenir shops and restaurants to the world's largest gin gallery.

Each passenger is allowed one large bag (29" x 21" x 11" / 74 x 53 x 28 cm) and one small bag (22" x 14" x 9" / 56 x 36 x 23 cm). Luxury sedans can only accommodate 2 large bags.
