Throughout most of the world, the coronavirus spread has been largely slowed, or even stopped (nice work New Zealand!), and travel avenues are slowly beginning to reopen. We believe that it’s still important to practice caution if you do decide to travel. As a private car service, Daytrip minimizes your exposure to crowds, but we still have put some new precautions in place to ensure your trip is as safe as possible.
Along with these requirements during the ride, we’ve also asked our drivers to stay home if they’re feeling even the slightest bit sick to keep you safe as a passenger, and to help prevent the possible spread of the coronavirus.
We’re doing everything we can to make sure Daytrip is both the safest and most comfortable way to travel. As such we don’t require you to take any extra measures, though there are some simple things you can do to protect yourself and others even further.
It’s also important to follow each country’s recommendations while traveling. Along with our universal safety rules, our drivers are also required to follow their country’s rules and regulations. Daytrip is following regulation updates all day, every day, to ensure you have the safest and most comfortable trip possible.
Because things are still uncertain, it’s also important to remember we have one of the best cancellation policies in the industry. You can cancel any booked trip with us up to 24 hours before departure for a full refund. You can also make any free changes to your itinerary or date up to this 24 hours deadline, so if you wish to postpone or reschedule a trip, just email us at email@example.com and our customer support team will be happy to help you.
We have service in over 75 countries, so whether you’d like to take a domestic getaway, or are looking to travel abroad, we have thousands of routes on our homepage, or you can request a custom trip to suit your needs.
Let us take some of your stress off your shoulders so that you can enjoy your vacation. We are here for you.
