Seville to Tarifa Trip - Excellent Experience
We were visiting Seville with the next stop on our vacation being Tangier, Morocco. Unfortunately, there were no trains to take us from Seville to the Port of Tarifa to board the ferry to Morocco. We could take the train to another city, and then a bus, or take a bus direct to Tarifa. Neither appealed to us and a friend recommended DayTrip for a personal driver to take us to the port. The booking experience on their website was extremely easy to follow and they even offered several tours we could add to our trip. Unfortunately, the timing didn't line up and we had to go straight to the port. A few days in advance, I received an email with the driver's information, his car information, and a picture. The morning we were checking out, our driver arrived early but we got locked out of our room with our luggage inside due to a faulty door lock. Our day started out very stressful, but our driver, Pedro, assured us that we were not an inconvenience and that we had plenty of time to make it to the port. After resolving the issue with the door lock, Pedro took our bags and loaded up the car. He was dressed very professionally and had water waiting for us. During our drive, he offered some small talk and pointed out a few interesting sites. He also stopped at a roadside cafe for my friend to get a much-needed coffee. He drove safely for the entire three hours and never once made us feel unsafe. I am so grateful we chose to use DayTrip rather than the bus. First, we would have missed the bus because of our door issue, and second, it was much less stressful being able to sit in the back of a nice car while being driven the three hours. Pedro was so very kind to us the entire trip. Yes, it was more expensive to use DayTrip than the bus, but the benefits outweighed the cost. We were able to decide what time we wanted to be picked up, if we wanted, we could have added additional stops, and we could relax rather than sit amongst 2-3 dozen other people on a cramped bus. Had we not already had transportation scheduled for our trips in Morocco, we would have booked DayTrip again.

I was a bit unsure on how it would all work out, but expectations were definitely exceeded. Ettore was absolutely awesome and very knowledgeable on the region. I also want to note that the car was incredibly nice and far surpassed what I thought we would be driving in. Beautiful experience!
The hilight of our trip! We treated family and friends to a sunset cruise along the Amalfi coast before our wedding. Not only was it beautiful, but Amelia worked with me prior to the excursion to make our experience personalized to our group. She gave me the exact information to give our driver to get us to the right meeting point, and made recommendations of timing according to the weather that day. On the actual tour, Amelia provided excellent service and took good care of us. She even had a little “I Do” balloon for us on the boat which was above and beyond! She had drinks, snacks, and blankets ready for us. She also pointed out various attractions along the coast and told us more about the area.

Perfect Experience
Our experience with Theodor F driving from Varna, Bulgaria to Bucharest, Romania was absolutely wonderful! He was prompt, friendly, safe, and courteous. There wasn’t anything that could’ve been better. He was very pleasant to converse with along the drive and we learned so much about life in Romania / Bucharest. We made a planned stop along the way and he again shared insights into the Rock-Hewn Churches of Ivanovo. Everything went perfectly as planned. This is our third time using Daytrip while traveling in Europe and every experience has been superb.

Terrific Experience
we used Day Trip several times during a trip to Paris and Normandy. Each time the driver was terrific, helpful & friendly. One of the trips to a B &B that the directions on how to access were not clear. Without the drivers help in assisting us with the language we would have been in real trouble. He stayed with us for aver an hour and helped gain access to the B & B. I can recommend the service without reservation.

Overall Fantastic Experience
My family had an overall fantastic experience with Daytrip. Our first trip was from Lake Como to Siena and it was perfect. Our driver, Mircea, was on time and very kind and professional. He drove great and allowed us to just sit back and relax. We stopped in San Gimignano for 4 hours and then brought us to our next Airbnb. Absolutely incredible experience. Our second transfer from Siena to Rome was less perfect. Our driver was still on time and very nice. However, he was a somewhat erratic driver. He was going way faster than all the other traffic on the road and took turns way too fast. He did not make us feel safe or relaxed. I can't fault daytrip with that really, but it did make us uncomfortable riding with him. Like with any transfer company, the drivers are going to be hit and miss. But I told them of our issue and they responded very quickly and said they were going to address it. I can't really ask for more in that situation. Overall, I wouldn't hesitate to book with Daytrip again in the future. Their website makes it so easy to book and add stops along the way. They're really changing the private transfer game.

Portugal from Obidos to Coimbra with 3 stops
We have just discovered Daytrip and took our first trip in Portugal, which went very well. Serafim F is an excellent driver, speaks English well, and is very knowledgeable about Portugal and Portuguese history. At our stop in Alcobaba he even walked around the museum with us and explained about the battles. Daytrip is an excellent service, providing a way to get to more out-of-the-way sites that we wouldn't have otherwise seen. We will definitely use DayTrip again.

Great experience
After a delayed flight, my wife and I were rerouted from our original destination of San Diego to LAX. We found this out about 6PM and asked Day Trip to provide transportation from LAX to San Diego. At this late time and date, they were able to find a driver to pick us up at 1 AM and at a reasonable rate. Both driver and vehicle were great. Definitely will use again.

Daytrip is a platform that connects you with local drivers who will transport you door-to-door, from one city to the next. We also give you the opportunity to explore sights/attractions along the way. We drive, you discover.
Simply choose your origin and destination via our homepage and enter your departure date and time. Browse and add sightseeing stops along the way by following the booking instructions provided on screen. It's a simple, easy, and fun way to book your next adventure! And if you don’t see your desired route on our website, you can request a custom trip. You can even book without knowing your exact pick-up or drop-off address - we let you add these later!
All Daytrip bookings are one way. If you need a return trip on a different date, simply book this as a separate one-way trip. For a same-day excursion, please request a custom trip. If you plan to stay more than a couple hours, we still recommend booking two one way trips so you're not paying a driver for waiting.
Each passenger is allowed one large bag (29" x 21" x 11" / 74 x 53 x 28 cm) and one small bag (22" x 14" x 9" / 56 x 36 x 23 cm). Luxury sedans can only accommodate 2 large bags. We always send the vehicle that is the best fit for you and your luggage, so make sure to select the actual amount of luggage you are traveling with when booking. If you have oversized luggage, or are unsure if your luggage will fit, contact us.
For Daytrip’s private service, you can cancel for a full refund up to 24 hours before departure. For the Daytrip Pool shared shuttle, we offer 3 ticket options when booking: Non-refundable, Flexible with cancellations 24-hours before departure, and Super-flexible with cancellations up to 15-minutes before departure. While you can cancel your booking for a full refund up to 24 hours in advance, changes requested under 36 hours are subject to driver availability, especially in the high season.
Everywhere except the USA, drivers will supply appropriate child seats (just let us know during booking). In the USA, certain states require you to supply your own child seats.
